Vintage, International Paper (may be Westinghouse) butterscotch linen Micarta with a single black/blue line.
This material came from the South Carolina facility that International Paper purchased from Westinghouse. These were manufactured in the early 90's. Because of that, it's hard to pinpoint if these were manufactured before or after International Paper took over. We'll call them International Paper just to be safe.
Very high quality material, with a great skin and interior!
Scales measure at least 5.1" x 1.4" x 7/64" (with most being closer to 5.4" x 1.5" x 7/64").
