True-Hardening Wax (Food Safe) - 2oz

Say hello to our newest addition to our line of high quality wax products, True-Hardening Wax!

Being a supplier of wood and composites, we go through a LOT of wax here at Knife Handle Supply...  And to be frank, we've been a little disappointed at both the price, and claims of some of the waxes on the market.

After a LOT of research and testing we decided to make our own.  And since we were making large batches for our own use, we have decided to offer it to our customers!

Our True-Hardening Wax is made in house with very high quality ingredients.  Without spending hundreds on supplies to make bulk batches, we are confident that a higher quality recipe cannot be offered at a better price!

This is a 2oz container that is FOUR times as large as the samples we have previously sent out!

Our recipe is made from 100% food safe ingredients and consists of:

Beeswax cap (U.S. sourced, unbleached)
Carnauba wax
Shellac wax (heat separated, no chemicals)
Polymerized Walnut Oil (allergens destroyed)
Lemon rind oil (organic)
Vitamin E (soybean oil carrier)

Being a hardening wax, this product requires a bit more work to apply than the non-hardening wax...  But offers deeper penetrating, longer lasting protection.

Directions for use: CAREFULLY warm up the material you will be applying the wax to with a heat gun or blow dryer.  Apply a very small amount of wax to the material with a soft cloth, or your finger.  Allow the wax to cool/set for ten to fifteen minutes.  Remove excess wax with a soft cloth and polish until satisfied.  The wax will continue to polymerize/harden for up to two weeks after application.
