Olive Wood Scales

Olive wood is a beloved handle material with a wonderful fragrance and beautiful looks.  This mediterranean hardwood has been a favorite among woodworkers and knifemakers for ages.

The majority of our olive wood comes from Spain and Italy, but we occasionally source wood from Israel.  All of our olive wood is stabilized by K&G.
