If you love the look of the (in)famous emerald green paper Micarta, this one deserves a closer look. It was developed to capture that material’s distinctive appearance and feel, but in a deep blue. It’s made by the same company, using the same materials and quality standards.
As you can see in the video and photos, the layers give this material a distinctive and absolutely gorgeous look.
This is an epoxy based composite, not a traditional phenolic Micarta.
Maker tip: Take it to a very high grit and leave it unbuffed if you want the layers to really pop!
